As a Senior Performance Consultant/Trainer David Kirkpatrick leads journeys to change. David believes the first step to transformation is clear understanding of the current situation and a solid grasp of how actions impact direction and performance.
Through his own professional trek, David experienced both large corporate environments and smaller entrepreneurial operations. These distinct roles have given him insights into the challenges found with dispersed and varied workforces.
Dale Carnegie Training principles guide participants through learning new skills that lead to behavior adjustments. These small behavior swaps ultimately result in positive performance changes. Utilizing these standards, David leads participants through practice activities so they retain the skills they learn in seminars and workshops and apply them in their personal and professional lives.
Mr. Kirkpatrick’s commitment to the performance training path began during his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and continued at Georgia State University where he earned his Masters of Education. David’s certainty in the importance of change led him to Europe where he continued his studies at Oxford University.
David’s studies abroad made a lasting impression and today his family spends significant time in their converted Old Gaol Cottage in Dorset, England. He relishes the opportunity for unique experiences and is a proud member of the Society of Dorset Men.
